The factory bar is currently closed it's having a refurbishment. Will be reopening in mid-December 2024

For an airport restaurant you can't go wrong. Burger was served quickly and was really delicious.

We ordered Fish & Chips and Sausage & Mash using the app. They came back and said they were out of the fish. We both went with the Sausage & Mash. It was disappointing. The mash was gummy, peas were overcooked and the gravy was thin and tasteless. We won’t be coming back.

Of course, we come to this place every time we fly from Birmingham airport and we rather eat here than on an airplane.
The Big Breakfast was great however the spinach on the vegetarian version was tasteless and watery

Beer came after food
Burgers been lower standard but upper price

In total it was ok but overpriced (like everything in the airport)

Overcooked egg, overpriced. Service is very, very, very slow. Not great for a solo traveller as you have to hope no one sits at your table whilst you go to the bar to order (or you could leave your belongings there if you don't mind risking it).

Just had what they described as eggs Benedict in this place. Possibly the most miserable breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The “ham” was more like the cheapest spam you could buy & both eggs were hard!! The coffee on the other hand was pretty good. It also took 4 attempts to get the app to work! Won’t bother again.

First time eating here, probably won't again. Had to chase up food as not within the order timescale they stated, at an airport so time more critical. Plate red hot, food not so much. Ordered 2 small breakfasts so nothing out of the ordinary, beans concealing. Had finished hot drinks before food arrived.

£4.15 for a glass of apple juice out of a carton that no doubt cost a quid or just over. Scandalous. Trading Standards will be in touch.

Nicer than the Weatherspoons as more spacious.
Scanning the app inside the menu was great as bar queues were huge.
Fast, cheery service. Lovely waiter and waitresses.
Constantly clearing.
Food very bland. Just done the job for a 3am visit.
